Open Unbilled Work Recovery ↗The problem
Agencies rarely lose money on the projects they know went badly. They lose it on the projects that felt fine — where a stream of small, reasonable-sounding requests was absorbed because none of them was large enough on its own to justify a difficult conversation.
By the time the aggregate is visible, the work is months old, the evidence is scattered across a chat log, and the conversation is about a bill rather than a decision.
What it does
An application that lives inside monday.com, where the delivery work is already being tracked.
- Confirmed terms. Enter the contract terms manually or review AI suggestions when analysis is available. A person confirms the baseline before using it.
- Potential exposure. Run an analysis to compare recorded delivery with the confirmed commercial baseline. Results start unverified and require a person's review; scheduled automatic analysis is unavailable at launch.
- Evidence and decisions. Inspect the underlying work and classify a finding as Billable, Goodwill, In Scope or False Positive. An estimate is not a guaranteed debt or recovered payment.
- Change orders. Generate a document for verified billable work and share it with the client through your normal approval process. The app does not obtain approval or send invoices automatically.
- Recovery Ledger. Track potential, verified, approved, invoiced and collected outcomes separately. Record approvals, invoices and payments manually; the app does not process payments.
Who it is for
Agencies and studios that run client delivery on monday.com, work to fixed scopes, and suspect the gap between hours worked and hours billed is larger than anyone has measured.
