Connect and choose evidence
Open the app in your authorised monday workspace. Connect monday, choose a board you can access and explicitly map its existing Time Tracking and date columns. Review missing evidence rather than inventing time.
Set up the engagement
Select retainer, fixed fee, capped or uncapped time and materials. Check currency, period, rates, allowance/cap and exclusions against the source contract. Setup values are not a substitute for confirmed terms.
Upload and continue
Select or drop a PDF, check the displayed name and size, then click Upload PDF and continue. Wait for a receipt before moving on. If the upload fails, use the displayed error to correct the cause before retrying.
Review terms manually or request optional AI
With AI disabled, choose manual review, enter material terms, record the reason and confirm only after checking the source. If enabled later, AI extraction remains user-requested and returns candidates. On failure, unavailability or uncertain outcome, use Continue with manual review; do not blindly replay a potentially billed request.
Run the appropriate manual review
Retainer and capped T&M use Quick Scan; fixed fee uses Scope Review; uncapped T&M uses a recorded billing comparison. Inspect sources, period, currency and uncertainty before verifying any finding. Estimated and verified remain distinct.
Decide, document and record
Record a human decision and inspect/download the Change Order. The app does not send it or issue invoices. Invoice/payment entries record your own evidence; they do not move money. Label demo entries synthetic. Corrections preserve audit history.
Weekly review and help
Initiate Weekly Decision Summary manually. Scheduled analysis is currently unavailable. Contact hello@silentcoretech.com for support. Optional AI and native billing are available only when enabled for the service and the applicable account.
