Provider and acceptance
Provider: Omar Khandji, Montréal, Canada. The customer must have authority to accept these terms and process the supplied data. These terms supplement monday platform and billing terms. Effective date: October 3, 2026.
Service and customer responsibilities
The app compares selected delivery evidence against customer-entered or human-confirmed commercial terms and preserves a review workflow. Estimates, verified findings, invoice entries and collected entries remain distinct. The customer must check source documents, dates, currency, rates, exclusions and approvals. The app provides no legal, accounting, tax or debt-collection advice; it does not establish enforceability, prove a debt, issue invoices, initiate payments, contact clients or guarantee recovered amounts. Scheduled automatic analysis is unavailable; weekly review is initiated manually.
AI and manual review
AI extraction is optional and occurs only when an authorised user requests it. Extracted PDF text is sent through OpenRouter to a configured model endpoint; manual entry calls no AI provider. Planned primary model: anthropic/claude-sonnet-5.5. Optional fallbacks: openai/gpt-6-luna, then google/gemini-3.8-flash, disabled by default and subject to approval. Requests require zero-data-retention endpoint routing and deny provider data collection. This is a routing control, not a certification of GDPR compliance, a region guarantee or a promise to erase app-side records. Actual endpoints, processing locations and supplier contracts must be verified before activation. Human confirmation remains mandatory. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. Provider failure or an uncertain outcome may require manual review, with a reason recorded; an uncertain paid request is not blindly replayed. AI output does not authorise billing, collection or changes to agreements.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions, limits, trial, renewals, cancellations, applicable taxes and fees are presented through monday’s Monetization when native pricing is active. Access follows native subscription status and server-side entitlements. The customer remains responsible for its monday billing relationship.
Data processing and confidentiality
The Privacy Notice, dated Subprocessor List and Data Processing Addendum describe processing of customer content. The customer retains its rights in content and grants the limited rights needed to provide the service under its instructions. Use only authorised data; avoid payment credentials and unnecessary sensitive information. The service provider limits authorised personnel access and requires confidentiality.
Support, suspension and termination
Support, privacy and security: hello@silentcoretech.com. Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements or platform instructions. Deletion and restitution follow the Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Notice, including deletion of app-held active customer content within ten calendar days after uninstall. No support response-time SLA is promised.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of recovery, profitability, accuracy, availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from the app is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid for the app during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional or gross fault or bodily or moral injury where Québec law applies.
Governing law, notices and changes
The seller chooses the laws of Québec and applicable Canadian law to govern the contract, subject to applicable mandatory laws. Disputes are addressed in Québec, Canada, subject to any rights or jurisdiction required by those mandatory laws. This contractual choice is not a claim that Québec privacy law governs every foreign customer. Legal notices: hello@silentcoretech.com. Material changes are announced on this page and through the notification means made available by monday. They take effect 30 days after notice, unless a legal obligation requires an earlier date. No marketing permission is inferred from installation.
