Status and scope
List effective October 3, 2026. This inventory identifies the services and intended optional model routing; it does not claim executed supplier agreements or verified endpoint residency where those remain to be checked. Customer content is processed under customer instructions. Optional AI remains disabled until the required supplier, endpoint and transfer checks are completed.
monday.com
Hosting: monday Code runtime, Document DB, Object Storage, SecureStorage and authentication/platform services. Data: application records, PDFs/generated files, identifiers and scoped credentials; limited platform telemetry. Planned hosting: United States; exact entity, regions, backups, contracts and retention require confirmation. Vendor information: https://monday.com/trustcenter.
OpenRouter
Optional AI routing service, receiving extracted PDF text and returning candidate terms only on user request. Requests require zdr=true, data_collection=deny and compatible structured output. No model calls for manual entry. Vendor contracts, legal entity, routing metadata retention and transfer mechanism require confirmation. Potential upstream model endpoints
Anthropic: planned anthropic/claude-sonnet-5.5 primary. OpenAI: optional openai/gpt-6-luna fallback. Google: optional google/gemini-3.8-flash second fallback. Model publisher names do not identify every serving endpoint: OpenRouter can route through an intermediary. Both model fallback and exact allowed endpoint list must be approved before use; no complete vendor-chain verification is claimed. Endpoints must support the required zero-retention/collection controls. Verify actual serving legal entities, terms and regions rather than assuming publisher-only processing.
Change notification
