SilentCoreTech is an independent software studio based in Montréal, Canada. It builds and operates its own products rather than taking client work — nothing here is billed by the hour, and there is no services arm.

What the studio has shipped

Five products, four of them in production today, built between 2026 and 2026:

  • MarginKit — a cost and risk analyzer for n8n AI workflows, distributed on PyPI with a free browser analyzer. 83 language models priced, validated against a corpus of 100 real public workflows.
  • Foreshelf — an AI inventory agent published on the Shopify App Store, for merchants carrying dated or perishable stock.
  • Data robots — 61 public data-collection actors on the Apify Store, billed per result, with a run success rate above 99%.
  • CalcBusiness — 59 free business and tax calculators running entirely in the browser, covering the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
  • Revenue Recovery OS — a monday.com application for agencies, currently in development.

How the studio works

Every product follows the same rule: put a number on the decision before acting on it. That shows up as concrete constraints in the software.

  • Ranges, not false precision. Where a figure is an estimate, it is published as a low/typical/high range with the assumptions stated, and every report carries an explicit section on what the tool does not know.
  • Local-first where the data allows it. MarginKit analyses workflows in your browser or on your machine and never uploads them. CalcBusiness sends nothing to a server.
  • No product spends money on its own. Where software can issue a purchase order or send a supplier email, it runs behind a hard spend cap, an explicit approval step and a cancellation window. No product has a fully autonomous mode.
  • Prices are published. Every tier and figure is on the product page. There is no sales call and no quote request.

One studio, one domain

New products launch as subdomains of silentcoretech.com. Foreshelf (foreshelf.app) and CalcBusiness (calcbusiness.com) keep their own domains because they were established as independent brands before this consolidation; everything released from now on lives here.
